These guidelines should be followed for the successful submission of any content including articles, ads, banners, etc. to our sites. Not adhering to these guidelines may result in the permanent removal of your submitted material/s from our directories.
For Article Submission
- Article content must be submitted from original authors. You either submit your own original work, or if submitting an article that you wrote for another, ensure that the original author is given credit. You should never submit a work from another author with your name.
Do not submit articles that are public domain that you are not the author of.
Do not submit articles that are part of mass produced article packages that you did not write.
Do not submit the same article more than once.
- Articles must informative and educational. Our article directory is for those people who are looking for information that will educate them on a certain subject. We will not accept articles that criticize others or articles that give an opinion. People are not looking for your opinion or criticism, but rather, they want to be informed and educated.
As well we will not publish articles that are self promoting. If you want to advertise then we have very reasonable advertising rates for your community page here.
We also do not publish press releases, sales letters, etc.
- Edit your articles before submitting Your article should be checked and doubled checked for any , spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure.

Try to keep your article consistent in the use of English. If you are a foreign author, and are not sure about your grammar structure, try to find someone that can proofread your article before you submit.
- We will not publish article with unsuitable content. Do not submit articles that contain the following content...warez, illegal mp3 or other files, instructions on how to make bombs or steal, promotion of terrorism, radicalism, religious fanaticism, information on or about illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, steroid use or advocacy, weapons, firearms, promotion of hard alcohol, tobacco-related products, prescription drugs, ammunition, promotion of hatred, profanity, promotion of racism, promotion of bigotry, pornography, exploitation of children, exploitation of animals, exploitation of any human, defamatory, libellous, reply to a personal email, letter or other correspondence, sale of plagiarised materials, promotion of bulk e-mailing, spamming, auto surf programs, email safe lists, click fraud (i.e. boosting Adsense stats illegally), promoting Made For Adsense sites, promotion of Adsense Arbitrageor any illegal activities.
For All Other Content Submission
- Content including banners, text, images will not be accepted if it contains warez, illegal mp3 or other files, instructions on how to make bombs or steal, promotion of terrorism, radicalism, religious fanaticism, information on or about illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, steroid use or advocacy, weapons, firearms, promotion of hard alcohol, tobacco-related products, prescription drugs, ammunition, promotion of hatred, profanity, promotion of racism, promotion of bigotry, pornography, exploitation of children, exploitation of animals, exploitation of any human, defamatory, libellous, reply to a personal email, letter or other correspondence, sale of plagiarised materials, promotion of bulk e-mailing, spamming, auto surf programs, email safe lists, click fraud (i.e. boosting Adsense stats illegally), promoting Made For Adsense sites, promotion of Adsense Arbitrageor any illegal activities.
- If you are sponsoring a community category you may submit an approved affiliate banner, text ad etc., as long as it conforms with the guidelines described above.
Formatting Your Articles For Submission
Title
- Only capitalize the first letter of each word in your title. We will not accept article that have all caps for titles.
- Do not include quotes as a title
- Only one punctuation mark, (question marks, etc.) in title.
- No URLs, HTML tags, author's names as titles.
- No brand names, profanity, etc. as titles
- Be sure that the title relates to the article readers will see. Do not falsely lure readers to open and article that has nothing to do with your title.

Always refer to the guidelines above if you are unsure what the content of your article should, or not, contain.
About The Author
- Include your full author name first and must be a proper name, not a business name, website URL etc.
- Write a complete biography of you.
- Do not blatantly advertise or promote yourself or your business.
- You may include an "educational" title after your author name only, PHD, etc.
- You can use a pen name if that is a consistent name you write under.
Keywords
- Include keywords that relate to the content of your article only. 5-6 words are more optimal for pages with less content. A good article on choosing keywords can be found here
Common Sense
- Using common sense and following our guidelines will ensure that your article/s is published in a timely fashion. As well following our guidelines will set you out as an expert in your field as well as having a better chance of your article being picked up by search engine robots to be indexed and found by even more people.
